Пані та панове!
Конференційна рада разом з Організаційним комітетом Вищої школи WSPiA в Жешуві запрошують Вас на Міжнародну наукову конференцію, організовану студентами WSPiA, яка відбудеться 26 травня 2023 року. Темою цьогорічного заходу буде "Сумісність національних та міжнародних механізмів захисту прав людини в епоху нових цивілізаційних викликів" - що проводиться у співпраці з низкою національних та зарубіжних наукових центрів. Колегія проходитиме польською та англійською мовами.

Основною метою цього наукового заходу є розширення знань у галузі міжнародного права та його правил злиття з національним правом - і все це задля захисту основоположних прав людини. Конференція надасть можливість представити власну позицію на основі поглядів, сформованих під час відкритих лекційних сесій, і не виключає дискусії між учасниками заходу щодо спірних або сумнівних питань. Необхідність проведення аналізу феномену сумісності національних та міжнародних механізмів захисту прав людини в рамках міжнародної наукової конференції зумовлена його важливістю як у Польщі, так і в сучасному світі. Тому конференція поєднає дослідницький аспект з всебічною тематичною історією, щоб якомога точніше проілюструвати реальність, яка нас оточує.

Як організатори, ми хочемо взяти на себе складний, але необхідний виклик об'єднати всю необхідну інформацію в аналізі правових аспектів, що виникають у сфері прав людини. Слід зазначити, що ці питання з кожним днем набувають все більшого значення як в теоретичному, так і в практичному плані - тому це буде конференція, яка об'єднає теоретиків і практиків з метою вироблення спільного простору для дій в цікавих для нас сферах, тому цьогорічний захід буде побудований на основі тематичного охоплення кількох основних блоків:

1 Нові виклики цивілізації;
2 Національні та міжнародні організації, що захищають права людини;
Захист прав людини у світлі практики Європейського суду з прав людини; 4;
Проблеми сумісності національних та міжнародних систем захисту прав людини; 4;
Обмеження свободи і прав людини в конституційному регулюванні окремих країн; 6;
6 Система "м'якого права";

Хочемо також зазначити, що активна участь у цьому заході буде підтверджена офіційним іменним сертифікатом для кожного учасника. Крім того, у співпраці з медіа-патроном, це відкриє можливість висвітлення лекції в науковому журналі. Наукові статті, подані на конференцію, після позитивної рецензії
можуть бути опубліковані в журналі Security Review, що виходить під егідою Інституту аналізу ризиків у Жешуві. Основною метою цього щоквартального журналу є поглиблене осмислення сутності та форм сучасної безпеки та її загроз, із застосуванням міждисциплінарного підходу до цих питань. Заплановані до друку публікації включатимуть наукові статті, які відповідають редакційним вимогам, а письмові лекції будуть підготовлені відповідно до етичних принципів і будь-яких формальних вимог, що висуваються журналом. Лекції, що входять до визнаної бази наукових публікацій, мають міжнародний масштаб.

Запрошуємо всіх зацікавлених не лише до активної, але й до пасивної участі, щоб розширити власну обізнаність щодо сучасної дійсності, яка нас оточує. Це, перш за все, допоможе розвинути базові знання тих, хто цікавиться такими важливими питаннями, як права людини. Будемо раді бачити вас незабаром.

Ladies and Gentelman,
The Scientific Council, together with the Organising Committee of the WSPiA Rzeszowska Szkoła Wyższa, would like to kindly invite you to organized by WSPiA students the  International Scientific Conference to be held on 26 May 2023. The theme of this year's event will be "Compatibility of national and international mechanisms for the protection of human rights in the era of new civilizational challenges" - carried out with the cooperation of a number of national as well as foreign scientific centres. The conference will be held in Polish and English.

The primary purpose of this scientific event is to increase knowledge in the field of International Law and its rules of fusion with national law - all in the interest of protecting fundamental human rights. The conference will open up the possibility of presenting one's own position based on the views generated in the open lecture sessions and will not exclude debate between the participants of the event on contentious or questionable issues. The need to undertake an analysis of the phenomenon of the compatibility of national and international mechanisms for the protection of human rights within the scope of an international scientific conference arises from its importance both in Poland and in the present-day world. The conference will therefore combine the research aspect with a comprehensive thematic history, in order to illustrate as accurately as possible the reality that surrounds us.

As organisers, we wish to undertake the complex and necessary challenge of bringing together all the essential information in the analysis of the legal aspects emerging in the field of human rights. It should be noted that these issues, with each passing day, are becoming more and more important both theoretically and practically - therefore, this will be a conference bringing together theoreticians and practitioners in order to develop a common space for action in the areas of interest, hence this year's event will be arranged based on the thematic scope of several basic blocks:

1. New Challenges of Civilization;
2. National and international organisations protecting human rights;
3. Human rights protection in the light of the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights;
4. Problems of compatibility of national and international protection systems;
5. Restrictions on freedom and human rights in the constitutional regulations of selected countries;
6. The "soft law" system;

We would also like to point out that active participation in this event will be confirmed by an official, named certificate for each participant. In addition, by cooperating with a media patron, this will open up the possibility of publishing the lecture in a scientific journal. Scientific articles submitted to the conference, after a positive review, may be published in 'Security Review', operating under the authority of the Institute of Risk Analysis in Rzeszów. The primary objective of this quarterly journal is to reflect in depth on the essence and forms of contemporary security and its threats, with an interdisciplinary approach to these issues. The publications planned for publication will include scientific articles that meet the editorial requirements and the written lectures will be prepared in accordance with the ethical principles and any formal requirements imposed by the journal. We kindly invite all those interested not only to take an active part, but also to participate passively in order to increase their own awareness of the current reality that surrounds us.
