Practice makes perfect

In the programme of the second-cycle studies in the field of "ADMINISTRATION", you will find many interesting practical classes, including conversation classes, exercises, workshops and practical labs. Students also learn using interactive business games that allow them to manage a virtual company and decision-making games.

Another interesting proposal for new practical classes is the 'Administration Clinic'. These are classes where you are the lecturer who solves case studies, discusses and teaches other students. All this, of course, under the supervision of an experienced practitioner who makes sure that you solve the task in question correctly. Your activity in such classes is rewarded with additional points as part of the Education MIX.

Attractive tuition fee

The main principle at WSPiA Rzeszowska Szkoła Wyższa is that the University does not charge any additional fees apart from the tuition fee! As part of it, you receive many additional opportunities for your own development. It is also worth noting here that the second-cycle studies in the field of "ADMINISTRATION" at WSPiA are the cheapest offer among non-public universities in Podkarpacie. The price of the studies also includes an Additional Education Voucher (BED), thanks to which you will complete one semester of selected postgraduate studies for free! You will also be able to choose a second specialisation or a second field of study at no extra charge! At other non-public universities, such studies cost well over PLN 10,000 for two years.

You can earn PLN 6,600 in paid work placements

Starting your studies at WSPiA, you will be able to participate in well-paid professional traineeships carried out as part of the project "WSPiA as a forge of human resources for the business services sector". The project will be carried out until 2022 and its value is almost PLN 2 million. Paid three-month traineeships will be carried out at large business,

consulting, outsourcing centres and IT companies, such as: PwC, Deloitte Rzeszów, ZETO, OPT-eam, ASSECO. Throughout the internship period, the student will be able to earn approximately PLN 6,600.

Our students will also be able to participate in certified, specialised, and very importantly, free of charge trainings in, among others, public procurement, internal audit, and human resources and payroll. In addition, WSPiA is planning to launch two academies training tax advisors and accountants.

WSPiA graduates on the labour market

Finally, one more important piece of information showing that WSPiA graduates are doing very well on the labour market. This is according to the report on the Economic Fate of Graduates (ELA) prepared by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The report shows that almost 95 per cent of the graduates of second-cycle studies at WSPiA, e.g. in the field of "ADMINISTRATION", find a job after graduation (second place in Podkarpacie). The ELA also shows that graduates of second-cycle studies in the field of "ADMINISTRATION" at WSPiA immediately after graduation receive a salary of approximately PLN 3,000 and spend little more than a month looking for a full-time job.

High evaluation by the Polish Accreditation Committee

The fields of study conducted by WSPiA have been receiving very high marks from the Commission for many years. This year, the field of administration was assessed, receiving the highest marks in two criteria. The innovative way in which student internships are carried out and the classes called "Practical workshops", which precede the practical classes, were recognised as standing out from other universities. Cooperation with the socio-economic environment in the construction and improvement of the study programme and the development of the faculty were also distinguished. In both categories, WSPiA was also nominated for the Certificate of Excellence in Education, awarded once a year to only a dozen universities in Poland. The certificate is awarded to universities which, thanks to the good practices introduced, can be a model for others.

All the above-mentioned arguments make it safe to say that in the Podkarpacie region, the WSPiA Rzeszowska Szkoła Wyższa has the greatest experience and is the leader in second-cycle studies in the field of "ADMINISTRATION"!
